Solutto engineering

We are an accredited Laboratory in the ISO / IEC 17025: 2005 Standard for Dimensional Measurements, and the first laboratory in Mexico Accredited for the Calibration of Gears, Diameter Over Balls, Diameters Over Pins, Calibration of Gear Measuring Machines and Calibration of Rolling Machines Gears.

Solutto engineering has Dimensional Measurement Laboratories for the Certification of Gears; Our accreditations include features such as Propeller Angle Error (LEAD), Profile Angle Error (INVOLUTE) and Diameter Measurement on Spheres (DOB).

INTRODUCTION TO METROLOGY Personnel: Production Operators, Metrology Operators. Objective: Systems of Units, Metrology Nomenclature, Measurement Instruments, Reading Plans, Geometric Tolerances, Interpretation of Results.
Duration: 12 hours

THEORY OF ENGRANES (Basic Course) Personnel: Production Operators, Metrology Operators. Objective: Basic concepts of metrology and measurement of dimensional characteristics of the pieces. Gear Theory, Lead, Involute, Diameters, Gear Manufacturing, Gear Measurement, Measuring Graph Interpretation.
Duration: 8 hours

THEORY OF ENGRANES (Advanced Course) Personnel: Manufacturing Engineers, Programmers of machines for measurement. Objective: Advanced interpretation of measurement graphs, advanced concepts of gear theory, programming characteristics of machines, common measurement problems, tolerances, common problems of machine failures.
Duration: 12 hours

MANUFACTURING OF ENGRANES Staff: Manufacturing Engineers, Adjuster Technicians. Objective: Gear Theory, Terminology, Turning, Cutting of Teeth (HOB), Carving, Deburring, Heat Treatments, Gear Honing, Gear Rectification, Bias, Common Gear Manufacturing Problems, Gear Measurement, Graph Interpretation, Problems and solutions.
Duration: 18 hours

COMPUTED NUMERICAL CONTROLS (CNC) (Basic) Personnel: Manufacturing Engineers, Technical Adjusters, Maintenance Technicians. Objective: Open Loop Systems, Closed Loop Systems, PID Controls, Feedback, Servo Drives, Servo Motors, Encoders, Coordinate Systems, Machine Axes, Basic Parameters.
Duration: 8 hours

COMPUTED NUMERICAL CONTROLS (CNC) (Advanced) Staff: Maintenance Engineers, Maintenance Technicians. Objective: Axes configuration parameters, axes speed parameters, Sevomotors parameters, Ladder, Alarms, Backup and configuration, Incremental systems, Absolute systems, Machine axes reference, Troubleshooting.
